What personal data is collected on this website?

No personal data is collected or stored. This website does not use cookies or use any other means to capture and save personal data.

Blog Commenting

Commenting to blog articles is disabled. Ergo, capturing personal data by this means is not possible.

Nobody uploads images to this website except the owner –me– Clinton Gallagher. There will be occasions when pictures of real people who may be known to myself or others are used on this website however those pictures are always used in compliance with U.S. laws that dictate fair use.

Contact forms

Every page of this website has a contact form in the footer of the page. The contact form is programmed to send me email.

Any name, email addresses or message text that is entered into the contact form is sent to the mail server immediately. No data entered into the contact form is saved on this website for any reason.

Cookies are not used on this website.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Any external websites this website links to or uses embedded content from external websites not belong to –me– Clinton Gallagher may collect data about you, use cookies or embed additional third-party tracking. Those external websites may monitor your interaction with their embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to their website.

What rights do you have over your data?

No person that uses this website has any legal rights to request or receive an exported file of their personal data because there are no means to enter and collect personal data on this website thus the concern is mute.

The only exception being a person’s name, email address and message sent to me as email. Email I receive is typically saved on the mail server by default. If a person wants their email that is sent to me to be deleted that person should send me an email to request that action.

Where we send your data

The only personal data captured on this website is temporarily captured in the contact form that is located in the footer of each page. That personal data is then sent to the mail server when the sender selects the Submit button.
